Irene Pieper

During the next Boulderstation Performance Check, theStrength Test takes the central stage. We will investigate where your strengths lie and in which physical areas you can still improve.

You will go through a number of basic strength exercises, such as the deadlift, squat, and shoulder press, and we will conduct various pull-up tests. Based on this, we will not only determine your strength level, but we will also look at the balance between different movement patterns and muscle groups. This way, you will gain targeted insight into your areas for improvement, tailored to your goals β€” with the aim of becoming a stronger all-round climber and preventing injuries.

⚠️ Note: some experience with the exercises is required.

As we test (sub)maximally, participation with an injury is not advisable. In consultation, certain components may be skipped.
