Boulderstation Birthday 🎉
Boulderstation is celebrating its 2nd birthday on 27th September, and you are invited! We are going to make it a fun day with a great birthday competition with a final, cake, free entry, and various side events.
Whether you want to take part in the competition, or just come to watch, drink, and enjoy the activities: it will be a fantastic day for everyone!

IMPORTANT INFO
On Thursday 25 September, we will start a bit earlier in the evening with unscrewing the competition walls. Some boulders will already be unscrewed on Wednesday evening.
Boulderstation will close at 21:00 on Friday evening, 26 September.
Calisthenics Workshop - 10:30 am (in the Performance Station)
The workshop is conducted by trainers from Calisthenics Twente. In 1 to 1.5 hours, you will perform various exercises, using your body weight as resistance.
Participation in the workshop is free.

Side Events 13:00 - 17:00
For those who want to boulder a bit less intensely or are done climbing, we will enhance the day with a number of side events (we're still busy with this, so it will remain a surprise for now).
So whether you want to take part in the competition, or just come to watch, drink, and enjoy the activities: it’s going to be a fantastic day for everyone! Moreover, a birthday party naturally includes cake, so there will be some treats ready for the coffee.
Dinner - 18:00
After the comp, you can join us for the dinner buffet. The cost is €12.50 per person (presubscription needed). We will ensure that the buffet is ready by 18:00, and then we can watch the final. If you are through to the final, we will make sure you can eat a little earlier.
Bike & Boulder // 28 SEPTEMBER (Birthday Afterparty)
For those who want to continue enjoying (or kickstart themselves awake), you can join the next day for a 30 km gravel ride.
At 9:00 AM there will be coffee (1 free) and at 9:30 AM we will get on our bikes (MTB, gravel bike or road bike that can handle some unpaved paths).
If necessary, we will ride in 2 groups at different paces, but it should mainly be a ‘social ride’. We will be back by 11:30 AM at the latest, and you can optionally join for a ‘social climb’.
Participation in the social ride is free. However, an entry fee must be paid for bouldering.

Comp Info
Boulderstation is celebrating its anniversary and is treating everyone to 30 beautiful birthday boulders, with a beginner level of 4c. The better climbers are allowed to climb a bit more and try to qualify for a real final (6 men and 6 women will climb).
- Climbing birthday boulders: 13:00 - 17:00 hours
- Point scoring: 1000 point system, 35% bonus for Flash
- Final: 19:00 (6 best men and 6 women), 3 boulders based on a 5 min. system (5 min climbing, 5 min. break).
Prizes
Finalists receive a nice little prize. The winners receive a birthday trophy.For all other participants, we will give away gifts to pre-selected ranked participants.
